At least this week is going better...knock on wood! It is also the hottest week this summer.  Won't be doing any weeding this week...will try and deadhead some of the flowers.  Can't believe the hollyhocks came up this year.  Also found a random carrot and tomato plants in the front.
Having trouble with the sun angle at this time of day.

Been  taking the pictures just not posting them.  My bad.  Will  work on this.
The gardens are in full jungle mode.   It is amazing what came in this year especially all the random sunflowers.  It's so awesome, not to mention the plants I have no clue as to what they are.
Got a ton of weeding done which I was also behind in.

Ugh!   I'm getting behind!  I remembered to take the picture but haven't had a lot of time to upload the pictures.  Last weekend, My brother in law through a surprise party for my sister at my house, catered by me and the schools summer program I run started.
Today was just the way I like my summer days.  The gardens are growing oddly.  This front section is not moving much at all, while other parts of my gardens are flourishing, like the partly shaded front one.  It's so bizzare.
Later in the week it's suppose to get hot, so maybe that'll set off a growth spurt.

Wow!  We are seeing less clouds and more sun, Beautiful Tuesday afternoon.  With the cool and wet days, things are growing very slow.  My bee balm looks like it is getting ready to bloom, but it barely a foot high.   Things I planted weeks ago have barely grown since.

A bit cool for June and a lot of rain lately, seems like it is always cloudy!...but yesterday was the last day of school and the picnic day weather was perfect!!!

Finally feels like summer!  It's so interesting how some plants are growing so quickly and others are barely showing.  Some of my flower beds look so full and coming along so nicely, while this one seems so sparse.  Just one of those nature things.  Hope to do more planting in this one over the week, though with all I have to do still at school, I doubt it.

Tuesday 21

Another wet Tuesday, about the 4th in a row, but after that's years drought, this is good.  Plus everything is growing and greening. Love this time of year.  It's like Christmas seeing what pops out of the ground.  Sometimes things grow that you never planted or planted and didn't make it or planted and you forgot you planted it.   I do have some blank spaces but I'll wait a bit yet.
